Hi,
Secure Sip was unchecked in secutity/secure-sip so no more information is displayed.
When we try to check it again there is no message on validation but when we come back it's unchecked again !!!

Is it a way to come back with the original information ? (without reinstalling!)

Thanks

You can find the certificates in the following directories:

Linux
Code:
/var/lib/3cxpbx/Bin/nginx/conf/Instance1

Windows
Code:
C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Bin\Cert

Copy the whole contents of the certificate file in the Management Console's "Certificate" field and the private key file contents in the "Private Key" field.

Linux Certificate file name format: FQDN-crt.pem
Linux Private Key file name format: FQDN-key.pem

Windows Certificate file name format: domain_cert_FQDN.pem
Windows Private Key file name format: domain_key_FQDN.pem

Something I forgot to mention is that, if you happen to have a recent backup which had the option enabled when you took it, restoring to it should also bring that information back.

This however would mean that things like call logs, configuration changes, etc, made after the backup was created will of course be missing once you restore it.
