Secure SIP with easybell Trunk (488 Secure RTP is forced)

I have already heard about this topic in the forum and followed in deep.
I myself am also affected by this issue.
Creating a check box to force encryption will be the safest and most practicable solution.
Or editing a config file as a first workaround.

When is there a solution to the issue? Or if not, why is a downgrade to version 16.0.3.676 and 16.0.4.493 not possible?
To do this, you would have to offer at least a download for these "old" versions.
Anything news?

Hi @Sieler

Currently there is no solution for this as our 2 platforms are not compatible for SRTP. Downgrading is not possible as backup files are not backwards compatible and could render your system unusable and also downgrading will not help as the functionality has been the same for as long as i can remember.
When SRTP is enabled in 3CX we always send 2 media descriptions, one with encryption and one without. Adding an option is something we are considering but i cannot make any promises that we will move in that direction.
