Secure Sip - Yealink

Hello! This is my first post apologies if this has already been covered.

I am implementing yealink provisioning with port 5061 and TLS. So far so good. The phones register fine, the only issue I have is a delay on inbound and outbound calls connecting.
There is an 8-second delay before the yealinks ring both inbound and outbound.
It's especially noticeable because I also use the 3cx app. I have looked at timers and this hasn't made any difference.

Any advice would be great!

Thanks for coming back to me so quickly, the phone is being provisioned using Stun.

Product	Enterprise Annual
Version Number	16.0.1078

Yealink T46S - 66.85.0.5
Gamma are the sip trunk providers.
