Hi,
Has anyone seen something like this it seems as if everything is working but not sure what the errors are.

Thanks
Joe

I see two "error" messages (more of a notification)

04/23/2018 6:37:13 PM - Failed to add outbound CID reformating rule for DN:10000: <Rules />

What CID outbound reformatting rules have you added? Did you get an error message about it at some point?

04/23/2018 6:37:13 PM - There's another STUN server that resolves to the same IP:

Do you actually use STUN? Did you datafill the STUN server information? Was there a duplicate entry? Have you tried changing the STUN server information?

CID outbound rule. I'm not sure what a reformatting rules is. No error about outbound rule.

I did use STUN. Where would i change the server information? I'm running a cloud server.

Thanks,
Joe

Those are the outbound rules for routing a dialled number to a trunk. Was there an attempt, at some point to change the outbound caller ID on trunk 10000?/
No but i tried changing it and still get same message.

I have dynamic IP so i dont think i can remove STUN

Hello @joec

I am not sure i am seeing an error there. It looks like the system was restarted and it was performing the initial checks.
04/23/2018 6:37:13 PM - There's another STUN server that resolves to the same IP: 158.69.*.:3478/UDP fk=0; ignored
This means that the PBX is resolving 2 stun servers with the same IP so it is (correctly) ignoring one.

This means that you do not have any reformatting rules enabled.

If everything is working OK then you should safely ignore these messages as they are part of the standard procedure of the PBX.

thank you for your responses all. why would the PBX be resolving 2 stun servers with the same IP address?
