I'm looking for a way to segregate chats to be limited to extension groups? ie. when I open the chat function on my app (or web client) I can only see the extensions in my group.
Based on current documentation I can see that's not available, but I think it would be a very useful feature and am wondering if anyone else has encountered this and found a workaround to this given it's not an outright feature in 3CX?
