Select Network Card Interface - Greyed Out

Hi

We have the latest 3cx phone system version running on a virtual environment.

We have two network cards running on the virtual environment.

The reason for this is for example each Cisco phone uses ip range 192.168.1.8 then the phone system itself will route over an ip of 10.253.1.10.

The issue with the 3cx server is the option on the 3cx console for select network card interface is using the wrong network card static ip (192 range). I need to change this to use the 10. range but its greyed out.

Whats the best way of changing this without having to do a re install?

The only way that I can think of that might work is to temporarily disable the NIC that is not wanted and then restart the system so that 3CX will see just the remaining NIC to which it might subsequently bind and then re-enable the NIC that was disabled. Not sure that this will work, but I seem to recall that this is what I had to do on a 2008 server running 12.5.

I did try that but once I re enabled the secondary nic again the system defaulted back to using the 192. ip range?
