Solved Select Queue when initiating live chat

Hi All
we have deployed the 3cx live chat
we are hoping to ask the person initiating the chat to select between sales or support
how can we make this possible

Hi @rockfort2,

This won't be entirely possible using the Wordpress Live Chat plugin only, however you can have the Wordpress live chat select which pages to appear on, and then use the HTML code generator for other pages you'd like to direct to other queues / extensions.
