Select Your Preferred MCU Server is Blank

We have created a new install and moved the IP address of our FQDN. I did a backup restore minus the FQDN key and IP as suggested and then enter those during the install.

Now the MCU list is empty and in the Web client the Web meeting does not load along with Schedule Meeting.

In other posts, you say you might have to actually fix this.

So you are using a custom FQDN now yes?

Same as before...different IP. I restarted the Server again and got a failure to sync error. I resync and it fixed itself. It is working fine now.


Also the only option for MCU is now "cloud."

Ok sounds good, just run a test to verify that meeting links work ok
