Greetings,
I was wondering if anyone has run into any issues trying to select the GSM codec when communication from a VOIP client to a 3CX server system? Or better stated, does anyone know how to make this work?
We have our own VOIP client communicating with 3CX and offer GSM (highest priority), PCMU, PCMA (lowest), but the 3CX system does not select the GSM codec. If we force the selection to GSM by only offering the GSM codec (no others), we establish a call to the 3CX system (calling voice mail, etc.) with the GSM codec chosen, but we get no audio from the 3CX side.
Is there some configuration step/magic that we're missing to make this work?
Thanks in advance.
