Hi All,
Some of our systems run multiple devices/clients on the same extension such as the Mobile App and a deskphone.
Most of the desk phones are T46S and running either Android or Apple Mobiles.
When in the office both the mobile and the deskphone ring, however, we only really want the deskphone to ring.
When they are out of the office, it is not too much of a problem but would be useful for some extensions that share a common work area with other phones to only ring the mobile.
Has anyone had experience with this and/or possibly using a profile to select "In Office Available" - ring deskphone, "Out Office Available" - Ring Mobile
With the Windows and Web Clients there is the facility to select Softphone and Deskphone, but nothing with regards to the Mobile App.
