Selective queue connections

Hello

For an extension that is member of 2 queues, but that wants to work only on 1 queue at a time, what option do they have?
(they mostly use the Web app or the Smartphone app)
I was thinking they could disconnect from queue 1 and connect to queue 2 and vice-versa, but can't find the option, it seems they can only connect or disconnect from ALL the queues.

They need to go to Panel > choose the queue upper-right dropdown > right sidebar, click the "Logged In" or "Logged Out" link to toggle.

Got it ! Seems impossible from the mobile app? Or from the deskphone? (BLF key seems to login/out from ALL queues at once)

You can use a CFD for those. We did it in the past, a simple menu where the agent can login/logout from selective queues. Since it's a CFD it works on both mobile and desktop.
