Self Hosted Azure Roll Out

Odd Issue. I have added the 3cx subscription to the clients azure and no issues. I logon to my 3cx portal, find my client and click install. It starts going through the steps and all appears normal. I get to the point of authorizing it with the client account and put that info in and it takes it and thinks about it and then spits me back out to the original first screen. Never actually deploys. No error message. My azure account is correct as I can logon to the azure portal with it just fine. Anybody experienced anything like this?

For Azure, simply spin-up the instance from the Azure Marketplace and use the "On-Premise" option to get the setup XML file to upload in the setup wizard. It's easier that way.
