Self ID Prompt Missing

Hi, I need help in locating the "self identification prompt" in /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Ivr/Voicemail/Data, I've already checked every extension and can't seem to find the "self_id_prompt"
but when you dial the extension "call by name" the prompt exist.

3CX Version 16.0.9 Enterprise
Server Debian 9.13 Stretch
Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Azure
IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware version Fanvil X3U 2.4.12
Provisioning Method: STUN
Trunk Provider : Twilio
Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
Are custom Phone Templates being used: No

On one of my test Linux servers I performed the following commands:

cd / (to get to the root)
sudo find -name self_id_prompt.wav

It returned a list of wav files all located at:

/vr/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Ivr/Voicemail/Data/<ext>/self_id_prompt.wav

I have seen some installations of 3CX with components saved in different locations so performing a "find" may be helpful.
