3CX partners can rent a license instead of buying and lease it out to end customer for a flat fee, including server and Windows license (may be necessary to be SPLA one).

not worth the aggravation for that price... and are you going to handle support / network related issues when they crop up? its not if its when.

I can see how that may work on a Hosted environment. Actually I have been thinking to do something like that for some time.
