Send email when DDI receives a call

I want the 3CX system to fire out an email to a list of users when a particular DDI receives a phone call. Is this possible?

The DDI is dedicated for inbound emergency calls and I want to notify a group of managers when that phone receives a call.

You could use CFD before routing to the ring group/queue, and have the CFD send the email.

You need to build the string using the Expeess Builder, then put the session.ani in it.

I would like to do a similar thing but just have the number from the caller get sent to a specific mailaddress, could you possibly help me out with this? Sorry for asking 1,5 years later
