Send SMS to desktop phones from 3CX chat ?

Is it possible somehow (or idea) to send SMS to desktop phones from 3CX phones as chat messages?
3CX phones can receive chat messages, but not SMS sent from deskphones like Yealink and Fanvil, probably from other brands too (from menu or web interface of the phone).
This could be a very useful functionality.
