Separate SIP trunk from Inbound and Outbound

Hello,
I've added two sip trunk, both are different provider.
Inbound sip is working fine however I would like to add Twilio as outbound sip trunk.
Configuration is successful and also create the outbound rule as
( Calls to numbers starting with prefix : 0-9
Strip digits: no digit
Strip digits: +1
Calls to numbers starting with prefix : 1
Strip digits: No digit
Prepend : +
Calls to numbers starting with prefix : 011
Strip digits: 3 digit
Prepend: +)
However my concern is how assign the outbound calls to TWILIO.
When I configure only with Twilio its working both inbound and outbound.
But the other SIP trunk is for only Inbound and restricted the calls.

This is restricted with the outbound rules.
Create the outbound rule and set the route to use Twilio. Then select this rule and set to the highest priority so all outbound call route from this sip trunk.
