Separation of signaling and media

Hi,

Can anyone confirm that 3CX is able to separate signaling and media for better voice quality and flexibility of deployment ?

SipX can and I think this is a very good feature and makes sense.

I was unable to read anything about this feature in the 3CX literature.

First of all sipx des not windows based
second I think any sip server do that

after call connected 3CX system not reposable for any thing because in sip system the connection will be between the 2 devices
to be sure you canshut down the server while the call and the call will not be ended
so you have to check your devices,bandwidth and try to use g729 codec

Thats means 3CX has this feature and a lot of other features

Ok so this means 3CX can be turned off while a call is in progress and the call will continue.
This tends to lead me to believe that 3CX is a Sip Proxy hybrid unlike Trixbox or Asterisk@Home ?

This seems to be a good thing.
