Server Error since Debian Update

I recently ran the latest update, and now I am unable to login as it just shows server error on the management console login screen.

I am hosted on Microsoft Azure, Not brilliant at using azure but cannot see anything obvious !

The latest update? Do you mean you did the V18 Alpha + Debian 10 update?

If so, backup, scrap that machine and rebuild a V16.

Machine scrapped and rebuild complete, system now back up and running !

I think i will wait a while before doing the updates !

Just want to add that the update may sometimes fail if the machine was not deployed as per our guides. Specifically for a 3CX Supported Hosting provider such as Azure, we recommend deploying the machine via our deployment wizard available in the customer portal. Is that how you deployed the new V16 machine? If not I suggest doing so to avoid any similar issues in the future and also maintain 3CX support eligibility.

Hi, We have the same error after update to V18. In my case the machine was deployed in Azure with your deployment wizard. We updated to the 3CX V18 final & Debian 10.

As this is an older thread involving an Alpha build of v18, please start a new thread in our general section, and make sure to to provide all relevant information such as, description of the issue, how it happened, location of PBX, how it was deployed, 3CX version, OS version etc.
