Hello,
I've installed 3CX v15 by pbx express on Google Cloud (Linux debian).
it is working find with two Yealink Ip phones, a few softphones & a grandstream gxw4200-series to connect about 30 analog phones.
I've installed this earlier this year and it works great for me except that twice I had a problem and want to avoid this as I do not monitor it daily.
I got 'Server error' when I tried to login and softphones could not connect (I am not sure about IP phones or the grandstream as I am not locally on site).
The first time I just restarted the server through google cloud interface and it worked fine.
The second time I executed by SSH the following "systemctl list-units --failed". it found that one service failed (don't remember which one but with the adrelanine in my blood, went really fast)
I then just did a "shurdown -r now" and it worked again.
My questions are :

Thx,
Guillaume

My questions are :
- Why does this happen (what log file to look for)
- How can I get alerted when a 3CX service fails or how can it automatically restart.
Thx,
Guillaume
