Good Day
I just want to ask regarding the SERVER SIDE, for connecting Zoho CRM.
I followed the instruction from 3CX on how to connect 3cx to zoho CRM. However, upon checking in settings, the Server Side tab is missing even I my subscription is PRO, I also tried Enterprise, but still the Server Side tab is missing. I'm on my first year of this platform, and this is free based on the pricing list.

Any help is good.
Thank you

After you select the Pro or Enterprise version for free upgrade, you need to go to the Console > Settings > License and click 'Refresh License Key Information' so that the systems knows it's been upgraded.

After that, simply force refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R) and go back to Settings > CRM. The tab should be there.

If it's not, go to Dashboard > Services, select the Management Console and Configuration Server, then click "Restart".

The 3CX Management Console is the webpage you use to manage the PBX. I do not have your URL.

You have access because it was in your screenshots.

Also, please note that in order to make calls, you need a SIP Trunk. You will need to pay for those calls.
