We have a client using Microsoft Dynamics client side CRM Integration. When we enabled the server side integration it synced contacts from Dynamics to 3CX's phonebook. This made the phonebook unusable as thousands of contacts were imported. This also affected the phonebook on IP Phones as most of the extensions are lost in the contacts.
Is there a way to disable the creation of CRM contacts in 3CX's phonebook once call journaling is enabled. We've tried creating a custom integration that acts as a middleware between 3CX and Dynamics but we still get the same issue once we enable the call journaling. The client side integration works fine but the organization has a policy of changing passwords monthly and agents keep saying that the pop up is not working. We'd also like to transition to the web client as it's the future.
