Hi guys!

Thanks for the splendid software.

I run 3CX on Debian (the downloadable image) on a Intel NUC at home.

Everytime I create an extension the web is unresponsive and gives server errors.

I have to ssh in to the server and:

systemctl stop 3CXPhoneSystemMC01.service

and then

systemctl start 3CXPhoneSystemMC01.service
I thought you might like to know.

The minimum recommended processor in the list is a i3-3210 Processor (3M Cache, 3.20 GHz) with a passmark of 4037 for 16 simultaneous calls.

The NUC has a Intel Celeron J3455 with a passmark of 2145. It's idle most of the time, as there is only one call taking place very occasionally.

I very much doubt its a problem.

Memory and disk are not an issue, as the requirements are vastly exceeded.

This must be it, thank you.
So basically what I’ll do is wait until it is solved, as I can live without creating extensions.

Please note that the update of the .Net core has been released and it does seem to solve the issue. The next update should include this update that fixes the issue. For now if you need to create an extension you can try to import an extension and see if that works for you.

Thanks, so:

apt-get update

Followed by

apt-get upgrade

When it’s published

Depending on which service pack you are on you should be able to upgrade directly from the management console.
