Service got signal to stop: stop service

Hi, first time I'm getting this. Two services stop randomly by themselves this morning (Notification Manager and Media Server). This is what I got in the notification logs:

Service got signal to stop: stop service
SIP Server ID: 4098 11/30/2020 7:40:50 AM

Service got signal to stop: 15
SIP Server ID: 4098 11/30/2020 7:40:50 AM

I did a reboot and the same happened. I then had to manually start these services and now they are up and running.

This 3CX is hosted in the Cloud.

Hi! Is it hosted in a 3cx tested hosting environment? Generally I would suggest downloading the Linux syslog and checking what happen around the time that the services stopped, this may give you some clue what may have caused this.

Ok thanks, will check that out. It's hosted with a 3rd party Cloud provider. But other 3CX instances also hosted with them does not have this issue.
