Just curious if anyone here has been able to integrate 3CX with Service Titan. We have a possibility of setting up a new phone system for a customer that uses Service Titan, but we have not done any kind of CRM integration before. I know Service titan can forward calls to specific numbers once it leaves their platform, and that may be the way we have to go with it.

Hi, third-party CRMs that support a REST API can be integrated as mentioned in this guide

The CRM integration is not intended to be used as sip trunk, it is used for contact creation, contact lookup, call journaling, click2call, so users can click on the contact number in the CRM and place the call using the pstn lines connected in the 3cx.

Have a good day!

We have a customer using ServiceTitan's basic phone tracking (not Phones Pro). Currently, there isn't a programmatic way to integrate 3CX directly with ServiceTitan's API, or vice versa. While this may change with Version 20, for now, call fwding from ST is the best solution for customers wanting to use ServiceTitan's tracking numbers for analytics and call journaling (both inbound and outbound). I have also asked ST if they would set me up with a SIP trunk or sip extension so I could directly connect and they do not offer that service. They do allow you to call FWD to a sip address which I have tried, and it was a bad experience.

Here's the recommended setup I have found works:
  1. Port the primary customer-facing numbers directly to ServiceTitan
  2. Forward the tracking numbers into the 3CX trunk (DID) from the ServiceTitan settings menu
  3. For outbound calling within ServiceTitan, use a separate 3CX trunk that the outbound forwarder calls into along with the agent's extension.

This solution works effectively, though the customer has experienced some caller ID issues with outbound calls (marked as "spam likely") after porting their numbers to ServiceTitan.

Did you ever get the Service Titan Integration / 3cx figured out. I just looked at a prospect today with Service Titan and I can find absolutely on their website.

I'm currently implementing a server-side CRM integration between ServiceTitan and 3CX this week. Recently, I participated in a call with ServiceTitan's enterprise team alongside one of our customers who manages multiple ServiceTitan tenants. I had anticipated that their enterprise-level status might provide integration solutions or support, but unfortunately this wasn't the case. I still use the call loop which works; we just FWD all service calls into service titan and they send it back to another trunk on 3cx; but would love a direct integration.

ServiceTitan appears focused on directing their customers toward their Phone Pro upgrade rather than supporting third-party integrations. Given the alignment between ServiceTitan's customer base and 3CX's target market, it might be advantageous for 3CX to develop a direct integration with ServiceTitan, as their clientele represents exactly the type of customers 3CX partners aim to acquire.

Hello, we are developing integration applications with 3CX (Bleez, Oplead, Sage, Meteor, Oscar, Workspace) as well as applications to add functionality to 3CX. Titan provides documented APIs, so we are able to develop such an application. The question remains: what should the incoming or outgoing call open as a record?

following.

Bonjour,

Hello,
We develop all kinds of 3cx-related applications, based on 3CX's system APIs and call control APIs, as well as third-party application APIs like Service Titan. I can provide you with a free cost estimate for such an application.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any integration requests that aren't native to 3cx or aren't sophisticated enough for your specific needs.
