Session border Controller not working (connected, but no sbc-agent)

Hello, we have an SBC in use at our company. The SBC is in the normal network and 3CX in the DMZ. It is also shown as connected under Trunks.

However, new telephones, Snom D385 with the latest firmware, are not displayed under Telephones.

The following is displayed in the SBC log:

sounds like multicast isnt getting in to your DMZ.

Check routing or stick the SBC on the same LAN.
