Solved Set 3CX Webclient to dial links

I was able to configure so i can direct dial a phone number link with Windows APP but can the webclient be set as the default dialer?

Hi Alex,

The webclient can also dial via link: https://mycompany.3cx.com:5001/webclient/#/call?phone=123456

A gray box will appear and you have to hit the call button to proceed



If on the other hand you meant clicking phone numbers in webpages and having the wbclient complete the call, then you need to install the 3CX Chrome Extension which can make numbers clickable in websites (in addition to running as a separate client).

You need to be on the latest version the 3CX PBX to be fully supported.
