Set forwarding behavior with BLF-keys

Hello

Our customers want to press button X on their Fanvil X5 to forward all incoming calls to extension 001, want to press button Y on the phone to forward all incoming calls to extension 002,...

Is it possible to configure this behavior?

Corbit there are a number of approaches to address this need. You could route calls to a dummy extension and use presence setting for the extension to control where the calls are routed to, and use BLF settings to control the presence. You could use a CFD application that when dialed asks you where to route. For example: To route calls to extension XXX press 1, to route calls to extension YYYY press 2. Then have the CFD change the outbound rules using the Call Control API. You would make a web page that allows you to change the routing. Lots of choices to accomplish this.
