Solved Set participant name with csv import not working

I read in another post that you can set a participant name, if you import a csv file in the following format:

Participant Name,[email protected]

But when the participant joins the conference, then still the first part of the email address is used as name.
What am I doing wrong?

I double checked it in a text editor and the syntax is correct. But no matter which Name I enter, it's always using the name from the email address.

Software was updated, but it's still not working.

Ok then please create a file like the one you mentioned, and upload it in a public folder.

Send me the link privately so I can check the file.

- Ensure you have tested this file on your side first
- Ensure that the emails contained, are not already added to extensions in your PBX

As per our conversation, this is a limitation of the Windows client.

You can use the Webclient to create meetings with CSV and the names will appear as expected.
