Set ringer speaker for outgoing calls

Is there a way to set the ringer for outgoing calls differently than incoming calls? If a person is using a headset it seems unnecessary to ring the external speakers for an outgoing call. For example on the People tab clicking the phone icon to call another extension rings the external speakers. If not, this might be a good suggestion for the future...

Same problem here, the ringer set device should only ring on incoming calls, would be great to have an option to choose different ringtones for queue calls and normal calls...

I'm not pretty sure if you're using the function on the webclient => If you call someone the the normal beep....beep.... that you here while ringing on the other side is on the speaker that you set for ringing not in the headset...

So everyone hears it next to you...not what I like...
