Hi, we want to set up a call queue with prioritsed hunt to call a bunch of mobile phones.
When the call queue calls a mobile phone we want the DDI of the call queue to be diplayed on the caller ID and not the callers ID

Is this possible?

So you are going to create a queue and the agents in there will be cellphone app users ?
If they use the app they should see both if i remember correctly as in who is calling and where they are calling from as in wich queue.

Hi JosIPVG

There is a chance some of the agents will be in areas with poor 3g\4g signal so we was hoping not to use the 3cx app. To be honest though, it is unlikely all of them will be in a location with poor signal at the same time.

So I may force them to use the phone app

Remember if call goes to the mobile phone voicemail, it is classified as being answered - so you need to get your ring times correct so this does not happen

Yes, good call, thanks Saqqara!

Most providers these days should have a good data signal if there is a decent signal for voice. Depending on the technology, they are many times one in the same

If you are sending the calls to a mobile (not using the 3CX App), then you cannot send a DID number, unless you can convert that to caller ID as sent by 3CX. If you do use the 3CX App, then the DID number could be sent as a part of the caller ID.

Thanks guys, there are quite a few places in the UK with poor coverage, mainly in parts of the coutryside. But the chances of everyone in the team being in a place of poor coverage is slim.
