Set Your own Outbound Caller Id in 3cx

Hi,

I tried reading different posts but non of them gave instructions on how to pass your own caller id using 3cx.

I have two voip numbers 1-905-xxx-xxxx & second 1-416-xxx-xxxx from the same provider.

I want that when i use 1-905 line to make outgoing calls the other party should see the number as 1-416-xxx-xxxx.

I tried putting outbound caller id in the extension but it does not work.

Please advise how to make the change in 3cx.

Does you VoIP provider allow you to change the outgoing caller ID? Some don't.
