Setting outbound Caller ID based on Location / SBC

Hi All

I have a setup with two schools using 3CX. One site has the PBX and the other connects in with an SBC. Each site has its own PSTN number that routes through to the receptionists at each school. We have a couple of users who have phones at both sites as they work between the schools. i need to know if there is a way for these phones caller ID to be different if they are calling from the main site or the SBC site? Often they make a call out that from the remote site that isnt answered, when the called party return the call it will show the main sites number.

Off the cuff. If they are different extension numbers then Outbound routing will be a way of resolving this. If they Hot Desk the extension a predial by the user specific to location may be an option however they may forget.

Thanks for your reply. They are using the same extension number at both sites, we didnt want them to have to manage two separate extensions. I think a pre-dial is too much for them to deal with to be honest.

It might just have to be something they live with.
