Setting up GIZMO5 for calls to skype with 3CX

Hi,

I appreciate the skype gateway is propbably the best option but I noticed the article about setting up outbound to skype on the wiki.

It states Download the file "gixmoskype.pvpxml"

Where do I find this file please?
