Setting up non-certified VoIP provider

Hi! I am new to 3cx. I could not find in the manual how to setup a non-certified VoIP provider. The 3cx setup procedure requests the country where is based the VoIP provider. I do not have this information and in the VoIP provider there is no such information too. All they inform is information like

SIP port : 5060
Registrar : sip.xxxxx.com
Proxy server : sip.xxxx.com
Outbound proxy server : leave empty
Account name : your VoIP username
Password : your VoIP password
Display name/number : your VoIP username or voipnumber
Stunserver (option) : stun.xxxxx.com

Sorry if this seems obvious to 3cx experts, but I am a newby. Any advice on how to setup this SIP provider is welcome!

3cx setup procedure requests the country

Select 'Generic' in the drop down country list (at least for V14).

thanks! Please, bear with me if this is obvious, but I selected Generic and now the setup asks me the Trunk number. This information is not listed in the VoIP provider. The only information listed is the one at my Original Post. Please, how to advance on this setup? I only need to add a SIP outgoing phone service/line.
