Solved Setting up on-prem grandstream ht801v2 with free smb 10 user cloud hosted 3cx instance

Trying to get this going. Resulted in my ip being blacklisted. The event in my cloud console says attempted sip registration from wan ip blocked. Recognizing that I’m no expert and this could have been my own fault, my questions are:

1.) is this even possible?
2.) is there a how to guide somewhere to follow assuming it is possible?
3.) I guess waiting for blacklisted ip expiration is my only option in restoring access? Other than logging in from different public ip.

You would need to use either a 3CX SBC to get this registered, or use a router phone.

The blacklisting expires in 24 hours so you would need to try this again when it has expired.

Worked like a charm. Thanks for the help! I also noticed in the online admin docs after the fact this exact instruction is stated, so shame on me for not rtfm’ing as well. This is complete.
