Settings for click2call web browser extension

Is there any way to train the click2call feature to tell it which numbers on a web page are actual phone numbers? Really annoying when I click on an IP address and as an example, instead of opening a browser window, the 3CX web app will open in a browser tab.

Please note that there is no way to train the Click2call extension to recognize what is a phone number and what is not.
