Hey Guys,
I currently have a SIP provider that provides me with 4 simultaneous calls, if we try to make a 5th call, it wont go out since we are using all provided lines. I want to add a 2nd SIP Provider so once ive used up the 4 sim calls with 1st SIP Provider, the 5th outgoing call will use the 2nd SIP provider. Can this be done?

Yes, not a problem at all.
Just add the new trunk as the Second outgoing route of the same rule as I have above. Make sure you set the Max calls on the first trunk to 4.

Hello @bnelson

As @craigreilly mentioned you will need to add the second trunk as a second rule in your outbound rule. The PBX will try that route once your maximum calls are reached on the first trunk
