Solved Setup failure during select default adapter

There is NO adapter to select
(clicking the drop downbox show an empty blue line...)

there are 2 interface:
enp0s10f0 192.168.1.236 - (has routes to other 192.168.0.0/16 networks as well as 172.16.0.0/12 networks).
enp0s10f1 192.168.98.60 - (with default gateway) leading to internet & phones on the public internet.

Next button doesn't work as there a no interfaces selected.
Phones can actualy connect from both....

Fix: restart setup in text mode console...
(Which asks for an address instead of some impossible empty drop down selection, and insisting on selecting something)
So the Web interface seems broken.

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and thank you for updating the thread with your solution.
Can you provide some more info regarding your installation so we can check?
Debian version?
Virtual machine or physical machine?
Hosted or local?
etc...
