I'm trying to setup incomming fax over my AudioCodes Mediant 1000 (PSTN), but without luck.
The following is what i'm getting from the log :
15:42:22.354 MediaServerReporting::RTPReceiver [MS105000] C:67.2: No RTP packets were Received:remoteAddr=192.168.12.71:10012,extAddr=0.0.0.0:0,localAddr=192.168.12.71:7408
15:42:22.354 Call::Terminate [CM503008]: Call(67): Call is terminated
15:42:22.308 LineCfg::getInboundTarget [CM503012]: Inbound office hours' rule for DID:208701 forwards to Fax:888
15:42:22.308 LineCfg::getInboundTarget [CM503009]: DID rule (208701) is applied to call from sip:[email protected]:5060 to xx208701
Do I need to setup anything in my AudioCodes?
And is there a way to test my 3CX fax internally just by sending a fax job directly to the fax number 888?
