You would have to confirm that a dialplan can be created in the set. This way, all possible number combinations are recognised by the set and sent to 3CX when the last digit is dialled.

Do you have any examples of what this would look like for a system where they use 4-digit extension and local calls are 10-digit?
3CX provisioning leave all of the digit map fields empty and I dont want to damage the outbound dialing.

any vvx will dial whatever number you typed in if you pickup the handset or press the speaker button.

If sets allow, internal dialplans (digitmaps) make the set behave as if it were an analogue phone. Users don't have to change the way they dial.
