Hi,
a customer (with V18 cloud PBX) just call me as they have no more calls and all their DECT phones were as SIP unregistred. These phones are there since years working fine until now.
Phones are Yealink DECT W53H and W78H linked to a W60B base.
The DECT base was unable to be seen on the LAN, I decided to factory reset the W60B before thinking a hardware failure, once done, I was able to find it on the LAN and I re-set the provisioning link, after that, the base reconnected to the PBX but phones were always in unpaired status , so I needed to pair all the DECT.
I don't know what was the initial cause and why the network port on DECT base was unable to connect until I did the factory reset.
Just wanted to share in case someone fell into same problem
