Shared Park BLF, No Light After v16 Upgrade

Hi all.


New to the forum so HI... I have an issue with one of our clients, They have just updated to v16 and since then have noticed that the indicator light for their Shared Parking BLF isnt coming on when a call is parked. I have checked the license and that seems ok ( pro annual ) , users all have the correct parking rights. phones have been re provisioned and its still staying grey when a call is parked... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had this happen once, have you rebooted one of the phones?

All telephones have been rebooted, we even provisioned a brand new device to test..

are they all the same phones? polycom etc? or is this issue on soft phones and web phones to?. is the issue across mutable brands of phones indicating something in 3cx or is it just one brand of phone indicating maybe a template.

along time ago in 12.5 i would forward sp0 and sp1 to dummy ext like sp0 > 600 sp1 > 601 and i would setup blf in the old polycom templates as 600 and 601 but that has long since been fixed.
