Seems that if you pick up a call that was parked in a shared parking slot (SP0 for instance), you can not re-park that call in the same shared parking slot that you picked it up from, you must choose a different shared parking slot.

I'm using Cisco SPA-504g and SPA-509g phones with the same behavior on both.

Is this intended behavior, or a bug?

i am having this problem too - any ideas?

Yes I am having this problem too.

I am evaluating 3CX and so far this is preventing me from purchasing it.

Hi, are you pressing the button Xferlx on Cisco phone when you park the call to SP0?
Thanks

No, I bxfer to the shared parking slot.

Different Cisco models have different methods of transfers.
Now to transfers calls to the Shared Parking Orbit you need to use the button xferLx.

For Example if you are using 504G - you will need to use button xferlx to place the call in the shared parking orbit.
Now 509G - you can also place the call directly without pressing xfer or xferlx and just select the blf which has the SP, but still if you want to park again the same call to the same SP again you still need to select xferlx.
So I would just use Xferlx to park calls to SP.

Note this must be ALSO configured properly and with the latest firmwares.
Thanks and Regards
