Hello everyone,

I have a question about the shared park call log.
I test with three WebClient extensions to avoid any desk phone problem.
When I use extension 003 to call extension 001 and park in the shared parking SP1. Using extension 002 to call shared parking SP1 to unpark the call.
After the call finish, the call log in WebClient of extension 002 only shows the record of SP1 instead of the caller 003.
I have checked both "Support Re-Invites" and "Support 'Replaces' header" are checked.
Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

Hi,

This is how those calls get logged, if you call SP1 the webclient will remember that as your dialled destination (even though the caller was eventually transferred to you). The call you made to SP1 got replaced by the caller that was waiting.

It's a bit similar to calling one of your colleagues, and they transfer you a call they had on hold. Your outgoing will show that you spoke to your colleague, even though the final destination was the person who was on hold.

I'm not aware of any way of changing this behavior unfortunately.

Hello John,

Thank you for your reply. It is an inconvenient scenario if some colleagues forget to remember the phone number after unpark the call.
I try another way through WebClient there is an unpark function appear in the switchboard if the call parked. If the call unparks through this function then the call log will show the caller number. Is there any dialed number we can dial to unpark not calling SP0, SP1, etc?
Thank you.
