Shared parking on BLF with Polycom IP6000 soundstation

has anyone managed to get shared parking orbit to work with polycom ip6000?
i only have one of these in our conference room that i just setup following the 3cx procedure. looking at the web portal, there is an option under utilities > line key configuration (see attached) but it won't let me add anything to the "active line and speed dial keys" because it's max = 1 and there is an entry there already that i cannot remove (i'm not sure i understand what this is but it does not seem to work)

any help would be greatly appreciated. i searched the forum and found a couple of similar threads but they have gone unanswered.

i've figured out that i can add SP0 (shared parking location 0) in the contact list and to pickup a call, you can simply dial SP0 from the contact list and it does work but it's a bit cumbersome since you have to navigate to the contact list and find the SP contacts.

i implemented the same concept on the mobile client in order to be able to access shared parking locations from android and ios phones. this was done per another post i found here where the person had uploaded contacts to 3cx with SP# as their names. calling those contacts will pick up or transferring to that contact will park the call

if i could only figure out why the max line is set to 1 i might be get somewhere

the default softkey configuration is "new call" and "forward". this configuration is visible in the web portal under "soft key configuration" but for some reason, it cannot be modified.

ideally if i could change one of the softkeys changed to a SP location then that would suffice.

Can also create a 771 "dummy" extension and forward all calls to SP1.
Then just dial 771 to pickup.
