Running 3CX Virtual PBX SP2 (Instance 1) and Windows Phone v14.0.47020.0 in a CTI mode call, putting a call into Shared Parking is a breeze simply clicking the Windows Phone SP1 button. But, what's the trick to get the call out? No matter how hard i click the mouse, the SP buttons never turn green or red, they always remain gray and the call stays in parking jail. Although, pressing the corresponding SP button on my physical phone picks up the call.
Is Windows Phone supposed to pickup SP calls and if so, how?
BTW, the WP presence screen shows no option to pickup a SP call, and my extension has all user rights (nothing is restricted).
