Shared Parks - Getting all SP in use

Hi,

We've inherited a 3CX setup that came with no documentation and I was wondering if there a way to check which Shared Parks are currently in use without going through each extension and checking their BLF settings?

We have multiple sites and don't want the wrong SPs being used in the wrong location etc.

Your best bet in that case is to create multiple SP bays on all of your IP phones and/or softclients.

This way they can be monitored by the users themselves and they can see whether a park bay is available or not before parking. If you look in the extension settings you will see the BLF page.

How are your multi sites connected as this could present issues ?

Do you mean you want to know which shared parks are provisioned to each extension without checking the extensions configuration?
