Since the new UI changes, when I do screen sharing with clients, It is almost impossible to see whats going on. Both myself and all endpoints at the location use 1920x1080 resolution. I feel like the new added menu bars and windows set in windows take up valuable screen real estate that could be used for the video feed. I did check the link below but since everyone has the same resolution as I do, I dont think thats the issue.

This is what I see. I have to pinch and zoom on my laptop to make it useable. Is there any way to make this bigger natively? Happens on every session. Also, I have mouse control, but no ability to use my keyboard. How do I get that control again?1636151925210.png

Hi!

When the person you are Remote Controlling has a higher resolution than you, it is always a problem, but there is a way even now to gain more real estate.

What you need to do is, go the Participants tab, disable the video for everyone, tap on the tile view, then put into Full Screen.

This way, the top bar will disappear as there are no active video feeds, so it will go full screen with the other persons screen content.

I experienced the keyboard issue too. No input was sent (using Chrome on Win10, both sides.)

About the keyboard control, yes, there is an issue right now but we already have a fix which should be released this week.

Once it's released, you will be prompted to download a new version of the remote control app which will address the issue.
