Sharing Violation

Hi

After installing myphone on a Server 2012 r2 Terminal Server, we are getting a sharing violation on the 3cxtunell.dll file which reboots our clustered TS when applying the configuration file.

Is there a solution or possible work around for this.

Hi there,
Can you confirm that your TSE is fully up to date on windows updates and .NET ?
Also if you are using an antivirus/antimalware ensure to have excluded the 3cxphone folders/traffic as per examples shown on http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/3cxphone-presence-self-help/
